The agency is administered by a Board of Directors which consists of two representatives from each sanitary district.
History
The Marin Public Financing Authority was formed in January 2017 between the Las Gallinas and Sausalito-Marin City Sanitary Districts. MPFA is an agency authorized and empowered to issue or purchase bonds and make loans to Las Gallinas Sanitary District or Sausalito-Marin City Sanity District for financing public capital improvements, working capital, liability needs, or any other projects that are significant to public benefit.
Marin County LAFCo is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
